Every winter, humpback whales migrate thousands of miles to Mexico's waters, particularly around Cabo San Lucas, which serves as a major entry point to their arrival to warmer waters. Here, they engage in socializing, mating, and calving, making Cabo one of the best places to witness complex humpback behaviors.
Los Cabos is an incredible place for wildlife encounters, the diverse bottom topography of deep canyons and large seamounts attracts even the most elusive pelagic life. The most southern point of the baja peninsula merges the Pacific ocean with the sea of Cortez creating a rich and mesmerising seascape.
Visitors also have the possibility to spot less common marine mammals such as gray whales, blue whales, orcas, and sperm whales, making the Baja peninsula a unique hotspot for cetacean activity. We aim to go further than your average whale watching tour, giving our guests the best opportunities to witness a diverse range of cetacean behaviors away from the crowds. November – April

This 3-hour whale watching safari ventures far from the crowds to provide an authentic and respectful viewing experience. Our captain will collaborate within our trusted network to find whales or dolphins and optimal viewing spots. Onboard, you'll learn about whale behavior through stories and facts, and listen to whale songs via a marine hydrophone, and marvel at the unique displays we can witness by some of the planet’s largest animals. We strive to ensure a deeply educational and enjoyable experience. We also love our guests to assist in the recording of sightings for international whale conservation organizations like MMAPE and Happy Whale to help identify and keep track of the humpback’s amazing migration.
