Whale Watching

Every winter, humpback whales migrate thousands of miles to Mexico's waters, particularly around Cabo San Lucas, which serves as a major entry point to their arrival to warmer waters. Here, they engage in socializing, mating, and calving, making Cabo one of the best places to witness complex humpback behaviors.

Los Cabos is an incredible place for wildlife encounters, the diverse bottom topography of deep canyons and large seamounts attracts even the most elusive pelagic life. The most southern point of the baja peninsula merges the Pacific ocean with the sea of Cortez creating a rich and mesmerising seascape.

Visitors also have the possibility to spot less common marine mammals such as gray whales, blue whales, orcas, and sperm whales, making the Baja peninsula a unique hotspot for cetacean activity.
